Wynyard Pavilion is back and ecstatic to be hosting four-legged and two-legged friends alike at their crowd-favourite event, Dog Days this November.
If you’re an Aucklander with a dog and haven’t heard about Wynyard Pavilion’s Dog Days event, where have you been? Yes, Covid-19 got in the way of every event imaginable but this waterfront eatery is back and ready to launch full swing into their November Dog Days event, bigger and better than ever before!
If you still have no idea what we’re talking about, I’ll explain. Situated smack bang in the middle, along the stretch of eateries and bars that make up Wynyard Quarter’s Waterfront is the one and only Wynyard Pavilion – a somewhat new bar and eatery with a lively presence, seeing it quickly established as a local favourite.
We’re not sure if it’s the Whitestone Cheese workshops, Farmers Market on a Saturday, Thursdays live music sessions or Friday’s $1 Oyster deal that draws people in. All we know is that for us, it’s Dog Days: the event held for CBD pooches and their owners on the first Sunday of every month.
Reserved exclusively for the event, watch as Wynyard Pavilion’s Garden Bar fills up with furry paws as like minded pet owners mix and mingle, whilst pups follow in their footsteps and do the same.
With Waggamuffin Pet Supplies and The Good Pet Home setting up stalls, cool new accessories for your dog won’t be hard to come by and neither will a sweet treat with Pupcakes NZ selling their famous doggie cupcakes.
Dog&Co Pet Photography will be there too, capturing all the fun and antics of the day ahead. So go ahead and spoil your dog! But don’t forget to sit back, relax and enjoy the day with a Little Creatures NZ ice cold beer, on hand ready to reward dog lovers’ for their good behaviour too!
