\n2 cups almond flour
\n4 tablespoons coconut flour
\n1 tablespoon coconut oil

\nPreheat oven to 350\u02daF.
\nCombine ingredients together in a bowl and mix together until you form a ball. If mixture is too wet, add more coconut flour. If too dry add a little more water.
\nRollout your dough and cut the treats using bite sized cookie cutters. Sprinkle with a little coconut flour to prevent from sticking.
\nPlace your treats on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 15, flip and bake for another 15. Turn off and let set in the oven until crisp.

\n1\/2 cup desiccated coconut

\nLine an 11 x 7 x 2inch pan with baking paper.
\nMelt the carob drops in a small heat safe bowl over boiling water, stirring constantly.
\nPour melted carob evenly into pan ensuring the bottom surface is full covered. Place in the refrigerator to set. Chill for approximately 30 minutes or until firm.
\nMelt the yoghurt drops in a small heat safe bowl over boiling water, stirring constantly.
\nPour 1\/2 melted yogurt into pan on top of the carob layer.
\nScatter raspberries and coconut throughout pan mixture and pour remaining melted yogurt on top, spreading evenly.
\nPlace in the refrigerator to set. Chill for approximately 45 minutes or until firm.

\nCombine egg, molasses, peanut butter, liquid and any optional ingredients in a mixing bowl.
\nIncrementally add flour, mixing into a cohesive workable dough. The amount of flour required will vary depending on your individual ingredients and any optional add-ins or substitutions. Note that if you are not including the optional ingredients in these treats, you may need to use a little extra flour. Missed the mark? No worries! You can add a little bit of extra liquid, a small amount of olive oil, or additional flour to adjust consistency if\/as needed.
\nRest dough (optional but recommended).
\nRoll, cut into desired shapes (see below), and place on a prepared baking pan.
\nBake for approximately 10-15 minutes. Cooking time will vary with shape\/size, so keep an eye on the oven.
