Bella’s Place
Located on a quiet street just one row back from the lake edge and within easy walking distance to town, this house is in a prime location for you to enjoy your Wanaka holiday. Bella’s Place is a stylish home, recently renovated and beautifully fresh and clean. With three bathrooms and four good sized bedrooms, each room features a commercial split king size bed meaning couples or families can be easily accommodated to suit any sleeping arrangement.
Experience fabulous mountain views from every room whilst guests claiming the master bedroom are treated to a fantastic lake view from the balcony, a great spot to relax and unwind whilst on holiday! The house features a fully fenced, private outdoor area attracting the sun and offers a BBQ with plenty of seating options. For during the cooler winter months, utilise the house’s gas fire in the lounge and heat pumps throughout.

The Black Cat Apartment is a sunny and spacious apartment with breath-taking views of the surrounding mountains. Cat’s Cottage is set up as a master king bedroom with a new sofa bed in the lounge, sleeping four if desired. The house is double glazed and with amenities such as a log fire and heat pump, you’ll be kept warm and snug in the winter, whilst cool in the summer. You have your own parking outside the house and a private BBQ area at the back. This stunning cottage looks out over a beautiful, sunny garden and is fully furnished with quality new beds and appliances.

George’s House
Modern, cosy and conveniently located close to town, this two bedroom holiday house has everything you could possibly need, making your stay truly memorable.
Only a one minute walk to Wanaka town and with lake views from the lounge, the location of this dog friendly destination is unbeatable. The property is set back from the road ensuring quietness and privacy but with a sunny courtyard at the back of the house, you can sit back with a book or host and entertain a few friends.
The large garage provides safe parking for your car, bikes and snow gear. For your additional convenience a drying room is situated within the home, holding everything you could possibly need for your next day on the snow.
The bedrooms all feature new split king beds which can be set up as either double or twin rooms and with a log burner in the lounge we can guarantee you’ll experience nothing but ultimate warmth and comfort.
